Louise graduated with a degree in psychology from Occidental College in LA and jump started her career with a job in cold call sales. After 3 years in the industry, she made a pivot to marketing operations, which led her to general operations, which led her to project management. LOUISE STONE

Secretary/Board Member

Louise graduated with a degree in psychology from Occidental College and jump-started her career with a job in cold call sales. After a couple years in sales, she made a pivot to test out different career paths and find her professional fit. She tried out marketing, operations, and project management but struggled with underemployment and the insecurity of contract jobs. Finally, after a lot of trial and error, she moved from SF to LA and is now working at auticon, a global IT consulting company that exclusively employs autistic QA analysts and technology consultants. She is excited to combine her passion for autism advocacy with her career and wants to use her experience with underemployment to help more autistic women succeed in the careers they want!
