Let's Define What is Person or Identity First Language
Person-First
Emphasizes the person before the disability, which is frequently used in education.

Examples: I have a hearing loss or someone with hearing loss, I have autism or someone with autism, I have ASD or someone with ASD, I have a disability or someone with a disability.
Identity-First
Places disability first before the description, the Deaf community in the U.S. started doing this in the early 1980's.

Examples: I'm Hard of Hearing/Hard Of Hearing person or Deaf person, I'm autistic or autistic person.
